[PATCH] add support for core tasks

These patches add in support for loading of tasks from inside lib/merb-core/tasks, as well as defining a routes task (which mimics merb.show_routes in merb -i) and updates merb-gen's Rakefile to have the require necessary to use this commented out, so users can enable as desired.

Small update -- loading of app level tasks is handled in the Rakefile now. Also, use / where possible to be nice to windows.
