Autotest do not run spec when helper is updated

When autotesting RSpec does not run spec if coresponding helper is changed, but it should. This is due to bug in Autotest::MerbRspec class mapping app/helpers/xxx_helper.rb to spec/helpers/xxx_spec.rb

I had to apply it manually but you were right, I tried on a newly generated app and could reproduce it. Fixed now in HEAD, thank you.
