Merge RDocs

It is hard to search through the documentation because you literally have to guess which gem what you are looking for is in, then search inside that. I recommend an approach like http://api.rubyonrails.com where the rdocs of multiple projects are merged together.

For example, is not simple for newbie find link_to or render_js
