Fix formatting in AbstractController docs

The subheadings of Filters at the beginning of AbstractController are not nested -- they are at the same level as the Filters header. The attached patch bumps them up one level (from h4 to h5) so that they are appropriately nested.

Just to be clear, the issue is that the sub-headings are semantically children of Filters, but the markup had them as separate headers at the same level.
