should provide(:format) requires @target to respond to 'name'
Reported by flazz | July 24th, 2008 @ 01:57 PM | in 0.9.4
.h1 test/matchers/controller_matchers.rb: lines 183, 189
@target is expected to respond to 'name'. Controller instances don't always respond to 'name'.
Should it be changed to a aController.inspect if @target is not a class?

It looks like there's nothing to do with it before new dispatcher is finished so I re-assign :)

Looks like it's fixed in HEAD.
