memcache-client dependency

gem install merb-core
... and you will get while running any merb command ...

If memcache-client is a new dependency of merb-core, then it must be added as a dependency to the Rakefile.

It's a development dependency, and it is in the Rakefile as such. Same goes for the libxml-ruby ticket.
