merb-asset: Fastcgi launched merb can't create bundles

If you launch merb using fastcgi, then the working directory of merb becomes public/ not / of the project.
This causes issues because the asset_path function generates a path for newly created bundles assuming that the current working directory of merb is the root of the project.
