Hide internal server errors in particular environments
Reported by coryodaniel(midget_nuts|codaniel) | April 30th, 2008 @ 04:30 PM | in 0.9
Just a patch to hide internal server errors (couldn't find any documentation on how to do this with the flip of a switch)
Merb::Config[:hide_internal_server_errors] = true

Why developer would like to hide internal server error when (s)he can show up a nice 500 page?

Yeah i don' want to add this special case. Since the exceptions controller is in your app feel free to do this to yoru local copy. Thats why we have a flexible error system.

The patch shows a 500 page instead of a backtrace. So you can set you a particular environment to hide the backtrace, maybe I gave a bad ticket name. I couldn't find a way to do this based on the environment, thats why I made the patch.
As a developer, I dont believe Id want a backtrace showing up on production.

I didnt realize there was a MerbConfig for :exception_details.
That renders this null n void. Sorry I'll read more documentation next time ;)
