default template lookup

in current state it is looking for both text and html templates, if one is not found it falls sending mail. default bahviour of render_mail should be:
*send plaintext mail if text template is found
*send html mail if html template is found
*send both if both templates are found

MailController#render_mail should not override :template in options hash.
I can take on it over the weekend if no one else takes it. I use merb-mailer a lot myself.
