merb_activerecord fails for dropping sqlite tables

In /merb_activerecord-0.9.3/lib/active_record/merbtasks.rb, line 60 refers to RAILS_ROOT instead of Merb.root, causing some problems when sqlite and ActiveRecord are used together. Simple fix.
