mod_merb

It would be great to have Apache module mod_merb just like mod_rails (http://www.modrails.com/). It works perfect and is a brain dead simple in usage. It could boost popularity of Merb through cheap, shared hosting.

I think this is already in works as part of mod_rubinius. This tracker is for issues with merb-plugins gem, and modules for webservers are out of scope of merb-core, as well as -more and -plugins.
