Added cycle functionality and text helper module

Added the familiar rails "cycle" functionality in a slimmed down way (thanks Carl!).

Better featured, more tests! This does in 23 lines 99% of what the rails version does in 75. Please weigh in on your feelings about this implementation (as we know less isn't always more, but it sure is nice).
