merb_helpers tag helper doesn't seem to accept a block

Look at my implementation of delete_button and see that the tag method doesn't seem to accept a block properly. Also, the tag helper doesn't have any specs.

I think the actual problem is reported in -core. I am giving patch in -core ticket a try now.
