Screw Unit Readme

There might be some issues with having readme as markdown, so I've re-added README back in and left readme.markdown in as well.
What would be nice is if we ran a PDF book creator through merb, reading the markdown files for each readme to create a nice little book for people to learn the various aspects of Merb.

This already got fixed of mattetti. I messed up the patch, so he fixed it by adding in the readme.
