Plugins need documentation hosted somewhere

Description
The only reliable place I've been able to get docs for merb_helpers (an important plugin) is http://localhost:8808/doc_root/m... after running gem server.
merb_helpers and merb_param_protection at least should have docs hosted somewhere, and readily linked from merbivore.com. The ORM adapters might be fine w/o docs, since they don't really provide significant new behaviour to the app.
