[Enhancement] continious edge gem rebuilder

Instead of using frozen-merb script which does not work good without any Merb gems in the system (also Rake tasks use system gems) it is better (more consistent) to rebuild edge gems and use standard merb command for starting Merb project. This can be done with the following code: http://pastie.caboo.se/154820. I assume, the script is executed inside 'framework' folder.
